Gratus Inc. is a talent provider specializing in the E&S Property-Casualty Insurance sector. Our services include Work Sourcing, Staff Sourcing, and Project Sourcing, as described on our website. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate written service agreement between Gratus and the client.
Our services are intended for businesses and professionals in the insurance industry. By engaging our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your organization, and will use our services only for lawful purposes.

Fees for Gratus services are outlined in the applicable service agreement. All invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. Gratus reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.
If a placed professional is deemed unsatisfactory within the agreed trial period (as specified in the service agreement), Gratus will provide a replacement at no additional placement fee, provided the client has fulfilled all payment obligations. This guarantee does not apply where the placement was terminated due to reasons outside Gratus's control.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information, business data, candidate details, and pricing information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
